سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

في CODE، نسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق لعملائنا.

يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط:

  • أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم.

  • أن يكون في حالته الأصلية.

  • أن يكون داخل العلبة الأصلية.

الحالات المقبولة:

  • المقاس غير مناسب.

  • وجود عيب في المنتج.

  • استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب.

الحالات غير المقبولة:

  • استخدام المنتج.

  • وجود تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام.

رسوم الاسترجاع:

يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن الاسترجاع بقيمة 25 درهم إماراتي.

استرداد المبلغ:

  • يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.

  • يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع أو عبر تحويل بنكي.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At CODE, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is unused.

  • Is in its original condition.

  • Is returned in its original packaging.

Accepted Cases

  • Wrong size.

  • Defective product.

  • Incorrect item delivered.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Used items.

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Return Fees

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of AED 25.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or by bank transfer.
